Hotels, Eco Escapes & Lifestyle Resorts | Unearthing the Exceptional
For a quintessentially London experience, look no further than the Draycott, an elegant boutique hotel tucked discreetly behind the fashionable shopping district of Sloane Square, between Chelsea and Knightsbridge.
This three storey red-brick Edwardian is the epitome of understated elegance; each of its thirty-five rooms benefits from high ceilings and fireplaces, luxuriously large beds (made to the Draycott’s own specification) draped in Sea Island cotton, and en-suite bathrooms with bath and power shower. Many overlook Cadogan Gardens, the private square below, to which guests have exclusive access.
At the Draycott, ‘boutique’ doesn’t mean ‘small’ – it’s an expression of the personal touches and bespoke benefits that a stay here provides. Antique keys open rooms named for London’s theatrical luminaries: Shaw, Gershwin, Vivien Leigh.
Each is decorated individually with Victorian antiques and elements relating to its namesake, including prints, antique posters and photographs. Complimentary tea is served to guests at 4pm, champagne at 6, and hot chocolate before bedtime – small touches that help to make a stay at the Draycott feel a little like a visit to your very own London bolthole.
With home-away-from-home comfort and exemplary service, it’s no wonder our guests return time and again.
The average size of our suites is 471 ft² (44m²) in either a spacious open-plan room, or a separate living room and guest cloak room.
