Hotels, Eco Escapes & Lifestyle Resorts | Unearthing the Exceptional
Wherever your heart leads you, from the top of the earth to its southern reaches, the Hanse Explorer can take you. A true expedition yacht, she is purpose built to sail the seven seas and access some of the most remote and unique destinations on the planet.
With a steel hull, powerful engine, state of the art navigation equipment and the highest commercial Ice Class rating, she’s small but mighty, and consequently is able to get up close and personal with some of the world’s most extraordinary places in a way that larger ships can never do.
Whether you’re dreaming of sighting polar bears along the Northwest Passage, floating past bottle blue icebergs and encountering humpback whales, hiking the caldera of an active volcano, walking on a glacier, sitting among a colony of Emperor Penguins, or simply staring into the impossibly turquoise waters of the South Pacific, the Explorer is the most stylish and seaworthy way to get there.
On board, there’s no need to sacrifice luxury for adventure. As plush as any city hotel room, each stateroom is fitted with an en-suite bathroom, flat screen TV, entertainment system, satellite phone, heating and air conditioning).
The kitchen serves a range of culinary delights, freshly prepared from local ingredients. Stop for a cocktail at the bar, relax in the Finnish sauna, read about your destination in the library or simply enjoy a view from the bridge – the Explorer has an open ship policy, so you can make yourself at home and enjoy the warmth of a friendly and attentive staff throughout your stay.
