- Who Can Enter: Travel consultants, operators, and agencies with STO agreements, specialising in leisure FIT bookings
- How It Works: Earn points for every new qualified booking at participating Mantis and by Mantis properties

Grand Prizes
Prize #1: Wonders of Rwanda (Valued at ZAR 200,000+ per couple)

How to Participate
- Register via our online form and receive your unique agent ID
- Book & Earn Points
- 10 points per room night for confirmed single property bookings
- 30 points per room night for confirmed, multi-property Mantis itineraries (same guests)
- Pool Points: Agencies may combine points and nominate a representative to redeem.
- Submit Booking Confirmations: Forward your booking details and invoice to traveldesk@mantiscollection.com
- Track Your Progress: See your position on the leaderboard and celebrate your success!

Full Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
- Open to agents with STO agreements with Mantis properties.
- Registration required via a dedicated Google Form
- Booking confirmations must be submitted to: traveldesk@mantiscollection.com for validation and leaderboard tracking.
- This prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Award Criteria:
- Prizes will be awarded to the top three agents who accumulate the highest number of points during the campaign period.
- Prize vouchers will be issued in the name of the winning agent and their designated travel companion. The voucher must be presented at check-in or during the itinerary, along with valid identification and a confirmation letter from the Mantis Travel Desk.
Booking Deadline:
- Prizes must be booked by 30 December 2025 and travel completed by 31 July 2026.
Room Policy:
- Based on two adults sharing one room (double or twin).
- All prize elements are subject to availability.
General Terms & Conditions (cont):
- Mantis, its affiliates, and associated partners are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in this campaign or use of the prize.
- Mantis shall not be held responsible for failure to fulfil any obligations related to the campaign or prize due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, flight cancellations, strikes, pandemics, civil unrest, or government restrictions.
- Mantis reserves the right to amend, cancel, or substitute any element of the prize with a similar offering of equal or greater value, should circumstances require. No cash alternatives will be offered.
- Winners and their companions are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other travel documents required. Mantis accepts no liability for denied entry or travel disruptions due to missing or incorrect documentation.
- Elements of the prize may be fulfilled by third-party service providers. Mantis is not liable for any actions, omissions, or negligence on the part of these providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, guides, or transportation companies.
- Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Mantis will not be held responsible for any medical, travel, or personal expenses incurred during the trip.
- Participants must ensure they are medically fit to travel and participate in all included activities. Mantis accepts no liability for injuries or health issues arising during or after the trip.
- Prize claims are subject to verification of eligibility, including compliance with campaign rules, accurate point reporting, and valid STO agreements. Mantis reserves the right to disqualify any participant found in breach of these rules.
