We encourage you to explore, forage and select your own harvest of fresh veggies, herbs and edible flowers which the Hotel’s chefs will transform into a delectable dining experience … just for you.
Besides the Hotel’s impressive herb and vegetable garden, produce is also sourced from the local community.
A story of each harvesting experience and subsequent meal is catalogued and captured, either on video or in photographs.
